Didn't notice seller was not Amazon. Item proved defective after a few months and no recourse possible. Seller disappeared!

I have owned many Klipsch products including earbuds. The X12 neckband is quite comfortable to wear, even while laying down in bed (reposition the band around the neck to avoid pillow crushing the controls).Only 2 caveats -- (1) no place to stow loose earbuds when not in use; (2) X12 sounds no better than my old X11, however it could be a wired-vs.-bluetooth thing. wired is always better. I wish Klipsch would make a wireless version of their flagship X20.Alternatively, I have also looked into 'truly-wireless' earbuds (Jabra, Sony, Apple), but found their 3-hour short battery life unacceptable. Also you cannot sleep with them on which is what I like to do :)

Incredibly disappointed in these... for a $400 price tag, this is how they look 2 months after purchase. Unacceptable. The rubber has warped, bubbled, and come apart, as well as the plastic around the neckband are coming up. I could live with it, except for the fact that you can not make phone calls off of it. The person on the other end can not understand me, tells me that I am muffled, distorted, and cutting in and out. I love the sound quality, and the look, but at 400 dollars, what a rip off.

The sound was decent, but expected better for the price tag. The big problem was the microphone. Folks on the other end could barely understand me; complaining that I was muffled and distorted. Unless you're listening to music only and never using them for phone calls, don't even bother. If you're just listening to music, you can probably get as good performance from a much cheaper set.

I purchased this four months ago. The design is poor as it keeps getting the buds caught on tables and desks. I lost tips because they would pop off and I wouldnt notice. Then today they caught on the desk and the left bud separated into two pieces. I wrote to Klipsch and they stated they could not help me. This is not acceptable and they have lost a lifetime customer. $400.00 and I have to throw them away because of this? Goodbye Klipsch.

Great sound and super comfortable. I often listen to the x12's for several hours at a time with no loss of comfort. Almost invible while wearing.

...these sound amazing! Absolutely worth the money. I end up wearing them all day long. I just wish that they had magnetic ends on the earbuds so they can snap into the neck piece when not in use.
