PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is your return policy?

TC Acoustic does not cover buyers’ remorse and goods delivered are non-refundable. If product is deemed as defective on delivery, recipient may contact TC Acoustic for an exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy allows for exchange of item(s) if it meets all of the following criteria:

  •  The item(s) is/are returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date
  •  The item(s) is/are supported by a proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, Invoice)
  •  There is a valid reason for the return or exchange

How can I track my parcel?

For Singapore orders, once your parcel is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email, in which you track your parcel at https://tinyurl.com/kolitracker.

For SG & MY local orders, you can drop us a message on whatsapp at + 65 96409184 for immediate assistance. Alternatively, do drop us an email at info@tcacoustic.asia.

For International orders, you may use the tracking number that you were provided with at your order confirmation email and go to www.dhl.com to track your parcel.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders placed are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you have any further question, please contact us here. We will allow cancellation of orders only if, TC Acoustic Webstore is not able to fulfill the order due to limitations, in which, there will be an official email sent to inform you.

What is the lead time for shipping/delivery?

Local Orders: Next day delivery (Except for Public Holidays & Weekends)

International Orders: 3 – 7 days 

What are the Customs Duty & Tax charges involved in international deliveries?

Orders shipped outside of the local country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subjected to such import tax, customs duty and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

What are the Shipping Charges for my order?                          

Shipping charges for local orders (Singapore, Hong Kong, & Malaysia) are to be covered entirely by TC Acoustic and payment fee at checkout is the net price for the order unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges for International orders are to be covered fully by recipient at checkout. Custom, duties & taxes may be chargeable subjected to recipient’s destination country. Refer to custom, duties & taxes for more information. 

How do I change my delivery address?

What do I do when I missed scheduled delivery?
